Guidelines for authors presenting a contribution

 

Information for authors giving a lecture

Lectures will be limited to 15 minutes presentation plus 5 minutes for discussions. Lectures will be held in parallel sessions.

Generally 45 minutes will be allowed for plenary lectures.

The conference lecture hall will be equipped with a video beamer and a overhead projector.

Beamer projection (Power Point, Version 2003) is provided. Please bring along your presentation either on disk or on a memory stick with USB.

Please hand in your presentation at the Media Center (room number E.0.45) during the following operating hours:

Information for authors presenting a poster

Posters should be 0.841 m high and 0.595 m wide (Format A1). Posters have to be presented from Monday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon.
